We just dropped anchor in Weeks Bay- it's so rainy we thought we'd hang out here instead of in town, and just play with the boat. Lorenzo has devised a new anchoring system that seems to be working out. The cats have forgiven us for making all that unseemly noise with the engine. Still not sure what to do when other boats come directly at us- but so far we've managed to get out of the way.

  1. Happy Anniversary!

where are you spending the occasion? So we can forward our gifts of tin and aluminum (we're thinking empty tuna cans would be most appropriate)

  2. Thanks, Joyce. We went to Seattle for the weekend to celebrate. We love the place and you would, too. Boats everywhere, and it's just a gorgeous place. (Nick says to emphasize it's called "SEA-ttle" for a good reason.)

These are great pictures of the kids, and of course, fabulously color-coordinated. Tony is just on the edge and could fall off, but it doesn't seem to bother him, intrepid napper that he is.

    Love to you, L, C and T
    from Nick and me.
