Buzzards Bay to Provincetown, MA
N 42 02.203, W -70 10.997
32 miles, under way 5 hours

Ah, the mecca that is P-town, on 4th of July weekend.
AAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHHHHH !!!!!!!!!

So I figured we'd slip in here, find a spot, and check with the harbormaster to make sure all was okay.  We came around Long Point to see 500 boats all over the place, in all stages of the learning process.  After landing the dinghy in three different spots, we finally located the harbormaster hiding under his desk.  Had a pleasant dinner on Bubala's patio watching the passing parade.  Things should calm down a bit after the weekend.

  1. Happy 234, guys! (USA's age) Enjoy PTown, and we hope to see you in September, if you're still around. Meanwhile, we're back in SF under foggy skies, 59 degrees, ugh!

  2. I hope it is a little cooler in P Town than here. Over 100 today. We are imagining being on a beauteous boat in cool breezy water. Lucky you! ...or as we say in RI, Lucky yous.
